6800 ultra need help

Hi, i have recently bought a 6800 ultra card from "point of view", although my screen position keeps moving, both vertically and horizontally, there is no pattern to it doing this and also the screen position will move by about 1 cm either way everytime i switch my computer on. I would be very grateful for some advice and explanations because the company which i bought it from charge 10 pounds if they test the card and it is not faulty.

Are you certain this is caused by your video card and not your monitor? I've had monitors in the past on which the display orientation varied a bit from time to time, especially when the brightness level of the screen would change depending on content. Is it the video card or the monitor?
