8600GT Sli vs 8800

Would I see a significant perfomance difference in Crysis if I upgraded from 2 8600GT 's in SLi to one 8800GT or GTS? The system specs are:

AMD Athlon 64 6000
2GB Corsair 800MHz
MSI K9N SLi motherboard
200gb SATA HDD
2 x nVidia 8600GT (one XpertVision and one something else)
