I am definetly going to upgrade as i need to for my graphics card, as well i am seriously thinking making the move to AM2, mostly because of the other features that go with it, as well with this with this board, and Quad SLI support. I do need SLI memory for the nvidia N boost, and i know that the board works with Corsair XMS series memory, i am just having some trouble picking out the right memory.
thanks in advance for any help.

If you're going to AM2 the higher the clockrate, the better. Go with DDR2800+ to really utilize the AM2 memory controller.

I feel like I've been saying this all over the site, but if you're buying a new mobo and proc, you might as well go Intel. Corsair has the fastest running 1Gig stick of PC2-6400 @ 3-4-3-9 timing that can overclock to 1112Mhz, while OCZ has good PC2-8000 that can overclock to 1112Mhz as well. The OCZ and Corsair both carry the same speeds throughout the overclocking, but the OCZs is selling as a PC2-8000 as mentioned and the Corsair is PC2-6400.

For the 2Gig kit (2x1GB) they're going to run you around $450

so wat is the question thAT U ARE TRYING TO ASK, IF ITS WAT TYPE OF RAM THE MOBO SUPPORTS, the i think it is any ddr2 ram. i wud stick with amd if ur really into gaming becoz they are really cheap and perform much better than intel at games, if u do gaming and some encoding or video editing, got for amd x2 dual core which is a bit more than the normal athlon 64's

The board has this feature called Nvidia LinkBoost it over clocks the graphics card and memory automatically when you have certain memory, from what i read certain Corsair XMS SLI sticks, and i believe some others as well, so i was just trying to find some help locating which memory would work, or what i would need. SO if anyone has any clue about this technology then that would also be helpful
