that came with windows vista.. I just downgraded from vista to xp and i cant seem to find a driver for my processor..... the HP website doesnt have a driver downloadable for xp.... I do know that some issues can occur when downgrading using a dual core cpu... if anyone knows who may be able to point me in the right direction that would be awesome... thanks in advance

I have been trying to downgrade the Vista to XP on the HP Pavilion TX 2500. No Luck. Keep getting a BSOD Stop error 0x0000007b when it has finished loading the drivers.

I have tried everything I can think of, and on the internet.

There is no option to disable SATA mode in the BIOS.

    1. Downloaded XP Tablet PC Edition. Tried to install...no luck

    2. Downloaded SATA drivers, and slipstreamed them into my Windows XP installation CD.

    3. Tried atleast 4 different SATA drivers but no luck

It is unusably slow with Vista.

Note : i have TX 2500 Device driver for xp but i can't install xp on it there's a message pop up says ( ahcix64.sys is corrupt) ??? so if you have a slove for that problem please send me solution as fast as u can and i would be appreaciated for your assistance ..waiting for reply
