AMD's Road Map

    Unfortunately it doesn't look like anything incredably revolutionary will take place any time real soon. Which makes sense as we just say the emerging X2 chips so aside from a new socket type with DDR2 compatibility nothing will blow your socks off. Okay so that's pretty good but it's still Athlon, Sempron, Opteron, and Turion. A few new cores but no wizz bang innovations yet. Good stuff no doubt and slightly surprisingly there will still be Single Core FX chips, so the FX 59 will be AMD's first 3GHz part naturally.
