Been searching on the net, reading reviews etc... Couldn't figure out which sound systems such as the Logitech Squeezebox Boom, Sony NAS-C5E and Philips Streamium 7500 actually work with iTunes, I mean wirelessly of course... Anyone have one of those? Any help?

You mean using Airtunes? Then you just need to connect an audio system with 3.5mm jack to an Airport Express. Or do you mean a sound system with wireless speakers?
 
I don't really have experience with such a device. Mostly when it's bundled with software, you need to add the folders that contain your music to the software.
