Antec Truepower Quattro?

Ive just bought a Antec Truepower Quattro 850w power supply.
It says its compatible with ATX 12 V systems.
The motherboard I have says under power requirments that the board is 12v V2.0 compliant.
Does this mean the power supply is not usable with this motherboard?

Compliant means it will work with the 2.0 specification. It is not the same as a requirement. The power supply will work with the motherboard in your profile.

The motherboard im using for this psu is actually an Asus Crosshair but im guessing the same applys?
