Apple is forcing an iTunes upgrade. Kinda silly huh?

According to Michael Gartenberg, Research Director at Jupiter Research, "Apple is trying to discourage casual piracy, to make it more difficult for the average user to be tempted. It would be easy for people to swap iPods for an evening and exchange entire music collections."

    Still, kinda silly.

Sounds like Apple has a bit of a power problem

Saying that, look how much pirated Microsoft software there is. Gazillions.

Never heard of copyrighted Mac software, huh? (I haven't anyway)

At least Apple are trying to stop piracy.

Waffle i think you've got the wrong end of the stick mate, i believe NF is referring to apple trying to stop friends who both have ipods, swapping ipods, connecting to their computers, and copying each others music onto their own hard drive for future or present use..

and as an answer... i have an ipod.. and i did it with a mate after the update..
