ASUS P5WD2 Problems

Hello everyone, ok so last week my computer suddenly started loosing video, I reset and everything worked fine. This happened a total of 4 times in the past two weeks. So earlier tonight, I lost video again and when I reboot, my CMOS does not post. No beeps, hard drives spin, CD & DVD drives spin. So I decided to take a peek around and noticed this.

Anyone know what type of effect this has? I tested the voltage from the 4 pin on the power supply and it reads 12v.

that just depends, there may or may not be any other components damaged, check closely the surrounding components if no other components are damaged it may work if you just clean off any carbon (black bits) off both the connector and the socket & reconnect them and try it, does it work ?
