Asus formally splits into three companies - Engadget Well, i guess its all still Asus, but there will be three different names for three different markets. Pegatron, which will handle OEM, mobo, and component manufacturing, and Unihan, which will concentrate on casing, modules and other non-PC manufacturing. On a side note here, i am completely confused by this, as well, whats with the names??? Also, the names are suppose to be names of Decepticons that never made it to fruition.
