Automated Installs

I would like to know how to create a CD/DVD disc that will automate the process of installing commonly used programs such as: MSoffice / WinZip / Anti-Virus / Major Updates such as .Net 1.1 and lots of other bits.

Anyone know how to go about this?

and no i don't want to intergrate this into an automated operating system install.
