How Must I Edit My Batch File To Run A Keyboard Key (F2) Each Time It's Executed.

Reason For This Is That I Have A Screen Recording Application Which I Have Set The Hot Key For Start & Stop As F2 So Therefore I Want It To Stop & Start Capturing Every 30min Becouse The Drive Gets Full If It Records For Ever And Therefore Does Not Save The Recordings.
If I Can Schedule The Batch File To Launch The F6 Key Twice (Stop + Start) Key Every 30min I'll Be Alright.
