Does the demo have some framerate limiter, when im playing my fps stays around 90-100 but won't go over 100, when i play the settings are all on high except for AA and AF which are medium, resolution is 1280-768, so if anyone knows please what the deal is please tell me.
i dont think there is some sort of frame limiter, i have bieng baffled by my x800xt pe, it makes it look like there is a frame limiter on ut2k4, far cry and other games, i will have to see this on bf2.] errrm, how exatly do you know what fps you get in game, i cant seem to get it to work with fraps, so what should i use to find out fps???????????????
Dont omega drivers display it in the corner for ya ? Seems to work on all games for me ! ! Thats if your using them ?
i got rid of omega drivers becouse i found that i got a performance increse over the omega drivers when using the latest ati catalys drivers with catalyst control centre.
well for fps im using the free version of frapps that came with an issue of Maximum PC, also is games like halo i dont seem to have this problem, on that the fps seems to always jump anywhere from 170-250. I just played it agian and lowered all of the settings to low and put it on a 800-600 res, and it still maxes out at 100 so i guess there is some kind of limiter and i cant find any vsync settings.
