I don't know if guys watched top gear a few weeks ago but you would have seen the Peel P50 its in the guinness book of records for being the smallest production car in the world. I think its the most hilarious car ever 50cc engine top speed of around 30 what more could you want and besides you will be saving the elephant shrew if you got one :chk:
