I just noticed the thread on the worst eTailers - I thought I'd start a thread for the best eTailers, people are all up for complaining and slating online stores, but what about the ones who are consistantly good? The ones that you may have taken for granted? Well here's a place to list the good'uns. The delivery may cost slightly more than other places, but it arrives on time and in great condition. I've only ever had one problem, and that wasn't with OcUK - that was with a faulty product - OcUK replied to my message within 24 hours, and gave me all the relevant information for obtaining a replacement part from the manufacturer. Their repsonse was polite, prompt and informative, what more could you ask for? Since the re-vamp of their site browsing and find what you want has got even easier, the new layout is much easier on the eye and from a user point of view it's stylish, without distracting from the main purpose: the items on sale. They have a wide range of items, individual components, motherboard, CPU and RAM bundles that are guaranteed to work excellently together, they even sell complete systems, notebooks and TV's - with such a wide range of products you're sure to find what you need. :good:
