not really. Ani me is basically the general genre of animation from Japan and/or other asian countries.
 
yeah i guess they dont count as anime... but dusk and dawn is designed by the dude from squaresoft who made the movie ff the spirits within (i heard this somewhere... corect me if im wrong ;) )
 
Not sure on that one, but I can see how you reached your earlier conclusion. If what you're saying is true, than the guy is from Japan. Watch Hellsing. If nothing else, you'll see what a bad muthaf&cker Alucard is (although he won't be eligible for this thread).
