I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what a good program is for getting screen shots from a game?

what type of game are you trying to get snapshots from? most games have built in screenshot programs

yes true most games do have a built in screen capture, but its a usually a pretty bad one. for screen shots, i would go with the link above, and if you get interested into screen capturing as in video? GoTO fraps http://www.fraps.com/
