Best looking Blu ray

Hey guys. I was just wondering what you all think to be the best looking blu ray, From what I have I think that Die hard 4 is pretty sweet and I hear that starship Troopers is one of the best even though its like 10 years old. What are your thoughts/ opinions?

I've only ever seen one blu-ray movie to date, Terminator 2 which looks great.
