best SODIMM manufacturer.

    I am looking to add a new 512 PC2100 266 MHZ SODIMM to my notebook and I need some suggestions for whos making the best RAM these days.

    In my opinion, the biggest concern with laptop RAM is definitely compatibility. I’ve had no bad experience thus far with Kingston RAM, and it seems to be pretty compatible with most chipsets. Also, the price is better than you would think for the quality. If you do have problems though, they come with a lifetime warranty. Kingston doesn't overclock extremely well, but I wouldn't imagine you'd be doing much of that with a laptop anyway.
