When i tried to sign in to windows live, a message appeared saying Problem with Microsoft Passport. I think its becuase my passwords been changed somehow coz i can't sign in to hotmail or anything. Cant remember my secret question answer and im sure someones changed the question. Ive tried recovery software but they all want ***** money. Does anyone have any software or any methods that can help me get my password back, ive had this account for years now and it would be a shame if i lost it.
The only way to get it back would be to contact Microsoft *shudder*. Obviousley they will be very suspicious, and will ask sevral questions. They can also check if the secret question has been changed recently. If you set a backup email address, they will send a way to change it to that address.
