I have built up a PC, simple question do I go with the bios default settings, or will it pay me to tweak things in the bios to get the best results?
I do not want to over clock, I just want the best possible stable performance.

    Built up PC
    Processor: Intel socket 775 Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 GHz, 1066 FSB
    ASUS M/Board P5KPL SE FSB 800/1066/1333/1600(OC)
Memory Slots on M/B dual channel DDR2 1066(OC)/800/667
    Installed Memory chips Crucial DDR2 PC2-6400C4 2x2GB kit 800MHz CAS 4-4-4-12
