blank media player

hi new here, my media player is now blank, it only plays sound and so is system restore, any ideas please :crying:
 
I'm unsure as what your problem is!
How is media player blank?
What media player?
What about system restore?
 
i think hes talking about windows media player..but what about system restore?just a simple trick would be to re-install windows media player...
