This all comes down to your Motherboard, Your Motherboard Must Support booting from USB..

You can make your USB boot able for installing the windows with the help of DOS commands, insert your USB in port and open dos window and first of all detect that USB through dos then format that USB and then make it boot able and after doing this make a copy of ISO fie in USB. Restart your PC and make changes in boot order sequence ,make sure that first boot device is USB, save settings and run the PC. When computer prompts for press any key then press any key from keyboard and then simply install the windows through USB.
