Warning about iBuypower/Cyberpower: if the machine has problems, then good luck getting them to get it fixed properly. Avadirect or Hypersonic would be some more reputable options.
Why not buy the parts of the computer separately and then build it your self if you don't know how to then get a mate or someone to do it for you. It will turn out to be cheaper. just a thought
