So this is my first build, and I was wondering if I could get some feedback from some people who have done this before.

SYSTEM USAGE: I don't do that much gaming or overclocking because I've never really owned a decent computer, but i was hoping to have this prepared to do some of both, perhaps a lot of both if I get into it. Also I'm sick of wading through second rate computers and want something that will blow through my every day web surfing, coding, and media needs. Media needs meaning HD movies and playing music. Also will probably be running some dual boot combo of linux and windows, so linux compatibility is a must.

BRAND PREFERENCE: I want an Nvidia card for the above mentioned linux reasons. I'm also an Intel fan unless you really want to try to talk me out of it

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: noted in parts list

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: just kind of looking for a sanity check and what you think this would be capable of. Also if there were any bottlenecks, or something like that. Thanks.

I know that the above case and PSU are a little outdated, but I bought them a few years back, and they've been sitting around my old house. Figured I could put them to some use. The PSUs compatibility might be my biggest concern on this build
