go for Intel instead of AMD. Intel are just dominating the market at the moment.
your could possibly get a core i5 setup for about 800 euros.

    Intel Core i5 750 Quad Core (4x2.66GHz) Socket 1156 Processor with 8MB L3 Cache - SVP

asrock 4711140875934 (not a bad board i suggest using the onboard raid for a raid 0 setup. If you decide to go for a raid 0, i suggest the wd caviar blacks 2x so you will have a 2 disk raid 0 looking of read and write speeds of upto 200mb/s.

    G.SKill 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz NQ Series (9-9-9-24) Dual Channel kit [F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ] from Overclock.co.uk - Overclocking, Performance Computer Hardware, PCs and Laptops

stick with the ati card it's pretty good closely matches the Nvidia gtx 275.

I would upgrade the PSU to 700W just to make sure it isn't being stressed.
