    Hi. I am planning to build this PC:

    Core i7 920
    Gigabyte eX58 UD4P
    Sapphire HD4890 Toxic
    OCZ 6GB(3X2GB) 1600MHZ CL8
    WD 1TB 32MB SATA II Cavalier Black
    Asus Vento Chassis
    Thermaltake 500W PSU
    2xDvD Writer
    bla bla bla

    eXtreme Power Supply Calculator says 500W PSU is pretty enough even in peak load.:confused:

    That's funny, I calculate about 700watt for long-term stable use.

    Yeah like anti said, have fun with a 500 watt. Also have fun with your cpu and gpu running at 65* idle.

    Get a Corsair 750.
