I'm a yankee living in Korea, and due to the a huge lack of useful techy cellphones, and went ahead and purchased the ONLY smartphone they actually sell in Korea, which is a Samsung SCH-M480 (Mirage). Sadly, the entire OS, apps, features, menus, you name it is in Korean. I've had a [Korean] friend look through all the settings for English options, but no deal. Is there a way to reinstall an English Windows mobile on it while keeping it in service? Thanks for any tips!

Its certainly possible to change the language of non english roms. Ive written guides on how to do it for HTC phones. The daft thing is I cant remember anything about how to do it!

    Ill have a look around.

EDIT: A prepacked WM 6.1 korean rom converted to english.
