when starting my pc(Lenovo Laptop ) its showing "can not read from disc..press clt+alt +del to resrtart. After restarting i am getting the same massage. Please help. Thanks in advance
Is there a disk in the drive ? Does your cd/dvd drive show up next to your C: drive? Have you gone to device manager to see if the drive is there or has an error ?
cd/dvd drive has been damaged .could you please help with a solution. Below are the messages i am getting at the moment i am starting my Laptop: "disc read error occured .press clrl+alt+del to restart"
This could be a hard disk error for your hard drive.. go into your bio's at startup and change the boot order to boot from hard drive first, then check restart to see what happens.
