Hi I have a network running with the pc and this box that contains a wifi card and fusion 878a pci video decoder. It also contains a linux kernel and power supply. Its a custom made thing. The problem lies in that i can ping this box, both the web-based config interface and server but i cannot access the web based interface of the server. Been puzzling over this for a while now... Any suggestions??? Keep it easy and simple... Im a newbie to all this :O Thanks
Do you have the IP for the gateway and subnet setup (by default, try using 192.168.168.1 and 255.255.255.0, respectively)?

Typically, 192.168.168.0 or 192.168.168.1 are gateway IP numbers. Plug one of those in and see if that gives you access.
