When I open certain web pages in IE all I get is a blank page with a small square in the top left hand corner. This little square has a coloured circle, sqaure and triangle in kit. No amount of waiting reveals what I am trying to look at. Can anyone help? I'm using XP. Thanks
There a great many factors that can produce the behaviour you're currently experiencing. It's hard to say based soley on the information you've provided, but you could be missing a video codec or other plugin, Internet Explorer could be damaged and/or infected with spyware, or the page in question could simply be down. Have you tried visiting the page in Firefox? :ff: Firefox is a much better web browser anyway, so it'd be worth your time. -AT
