I have recentley built a pc; specs are; AMD athlon 4400 x 2 dual core (2.21 per core) Gigabyte K8N Pro SLi nForce4 SLi (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard 1GB GeIL PC3200 RAM BFG GeForce 7800GT Antec P180 Antec PSU NED 4550 Dvd writer 4 x 120mm fans Sounblaster 24 bit soundcard Benq 17" tft screen I tried to install unreal tournament 2004 today but a message came up saying "Please enable Direct 3d acceleration. You can do this by starting dxidiag and enabling direct 3d acceleration in the display 1/2 tab after installing direct x 8.1 and the latest drivers for your graphics card". I have installed direct x 9 but on the display tab of file dxidiag it says direct 3d accelerator is unavailable! Please help!
