I have a tv tuner card from Vivanco. The model is PCI tv tuner card "easy". I just can't find the driver and included software for this card. Not on the manufacturers site, not on google, not on a driver search page, and not on windows update. The tuner card also has an included chip from philips, but their website is just like a maze, can't find anything there. The original cd is gone, but then I had 2 components installed: tv tuner 7134 and tv tuner WDM. I had RC1 of Vista installed in the past, and then I could just install it from Windows Update, and from XP I can't find it on that update site.

    Have you tried eMule?

I bought a TV analogue card from eBay and could not find anything online, only hints and tips and stuff. Untill I searched eMule. Got it straight away.... worth a try...

Yeah I searched for it, but I didn't find anything. Not even on other P2P networks. And if I only enter the manufacturers name (vivanco), then it only comes with some maps for half-life 2 :(
