Change UI language in Windows XP

    I can change the input language, location and currency to a different language, but I can't seem to change the user interface language.

    If I know Microsoft then you probably can't change the UI language. If you buy an English copy you get English :doh: And now someone is going to tell me that I need the Multilingual User Interface (MUI) addon package which costs dosh! Am I correct? :rolleyes: Thanks
