I bought a new computer and it came with Vista and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I cant get most of the stuff I was running to work. I bought a new copy of Windows XP Pro and would like to change to that as that is what I had before and everything worked OK. This new computer has a 9 in 1 card reader and I would like to know if XP has a driver for it or will I have to try to find one? Thanks to anyone who can help.

What is the make and Brand of the computer ? If it is a desktop then you should be able to install XP with little trouble, If it is a laptop then it might be a little harder to find all the right drivers.

Ok, Its a notebook..First get a program called (everest) then look up all your main drivers..
Video /Sound / network/Modem ...write them down and go and see if you can find them for XP...Then if you can get them, download them and put them on a disk, Then you should be able to install XP..
