Is there anyway to change out a laptops video card?

If so, please help me! I have a Dell Studio 17, with Intel core 2 duo 3.0 ghz and 4 gb of ram. It's just my video card that sucks, it's one of those Family things that is there just to run simple videos.

Is there any video cards out there that I could look into installing into my computer?

    Welcome to HWF :)

Unfortunately the graphics card is integrated into the motherboard. There is no way to replace it.

However there's an upcoming product, called ASUS XG Station. It's a device that you can use to connect a PCI Express graphics card to a USB port. I'm not sure about the release date, pricing and actual performance though.
