Cheapo 3800+ Venice

I remember when this chip was over $650, now snag it for around $375 or so. Very nice chip, don't bother spending all that extra on a 4000+, the 3800 is where it's at (with the possible exception of the 3700, anyone know which is faster?).
 
well the 3700+ has a 1 meg l2 cache, so it has some better scores, the 3800+ really is the 3700+ with higher speed, .2 more only
 
With AMD, in gaming at least 512k vs. 1MB really doesn't make any difference between two similar chips, especially when one is clocked 200MHz faster. I'd probably still buy the 3700 myself, just because SanD is cooler than Venice, and it should oc a little better:good:
