Try using glass cleaner or safe spray and spray it onto the cloth very lightly, then wipe.

for cleaning monitors, I use these little glass cleaner individually wrapped tissues for my glasses. Works well and don't have to worry about spraying your monitor.

    Thanks.
One more question. Everytime i use a cloth rag it leaves cloth fibers on the screen and i cant seem to get them off.

use a glass cleaner? hmm I don't think you should do that, unless it says, its safe to use on LCD. Its likely the cleaner might contain something which might damage your LCD! Go to your local shop and see if they have LCD cleaners, thats the only way I clean my LCD!
