I've never seen a laptop as picky about RAM as the Armada M300. It takes PC100 SDRAM to a maximum size of 256MB (+ 64MB inbuilt). I've bought several sticks of RAM before and none of them worked! Both Kingston sticks, one was PC133 and the other PC100. They showed up under the BIOS, but that was all. Windows booted with only 64MB of RAM (ouch) using the inbuilt RAM only. I can't figure it out. The memory inside the laptop at the moment is a Samsung PC100 128MB stick, so I might buy some Samsung memory next time. Just a pain in the :swear:
