Hi, I have 1 x 6600GT video card and 1x7600GT video card, I run dual monitors (but not SLi due to different cores). Would there be any issues running these 2 cards on a mobo with an intel chipset? I don't want to go 680i chipset from what I've read about problems with it.

Also when it comes to the new mobo I'm having a really hard time deciding between 975x and p965 chipsets... the price is close enough not to really be an issue. Any advice?

Plan to get an E6600 and overclock to about 3.0. Also plan on running raid 0 (if relevent) and will be useing it a lot for gaming.

    Any help appricated!

Well, the 975X boards will have 2 PCIe x16 slots due to Crossfire support. I don't know that there are that many P965 boards with 2 PCIe x16 slots available. I thought Epox might have one, but I don't remember off the top of my head.

The Core 2's overclock extremely well, so 3GHz should be a snap. You may very well be able to hit that without increasing the voltage.

One thing you might want to think about in regards to RAID 0 is the lack of redudancy. RAID 0 takes the drives in the array and makes them look like one big hard drive. In a RAID 0 array with 2 drives, half the bits are on one drive, while half the bits are on the other. If one drive fails, you're still screwed, so if you do implement it, be extra sure to include a data backup plan.
