Compressed Folder problems

When I try to unzip some things using windows compressed folder, twice on two different things it stops in the middle and says there is an error. If I try to run the half unzipped file it says it is corrupted. Is it windows or something wrong with the file and/or the medium?

I dont think theres something wrong with opening it, with the build in .zip support! it could be the file/s them selfs, try opening them using Win Zip or any other program! most likely the files are corrupt, or the medium there stored on is damaged! or something!
