computer keeps freezing

    Hi all,
    Absolutely going crazy - computer keeps freezing on us. Loads up start menu, gives you desktop, loads program and then freezes. Doesn't even give time to carry out diagnostics. Told us "vital errors" will not allow disc fragmentation. Tried in Soft mode - still freezes. HELP!!!

    What operating system are you using? computer specs?

    If you are using XP try pressing F8 on start-up and select use last known good configurations option!
