Computer Tower Beeping Like an alarm

    :eek: Hi, please help. All of a sudden an old computer that i had not used I started to switch it on. Realising it had crashed I still had the installation cd.

    Everything went fine until 15 min later the computer started beeping just like the sound of an alarm, and whilst booting it back, it went to a Blue Screeen and the the message said " System Failure" the system has to auto shutdown.

    Any suggestions please

    what is the beep code ?

    Most beeping come from either a memory or hard drive problems.
