What are the specs of your system? Include the power supply make and model.

Are you sure it's only when you're only playing games. Runescape is only a java application that runs in a web browser. Do you do anything but play games?

While BIOS readings aren't known for accuracy, 11.25V is out of spec for the 12V line, so it's likely that that is one of the problems.

What info do you see regarding the CPU temp?

You'd have to replace the current unit with a better one.
this would be an excellent budget unit.
This is the same thing if you're in the UK.

I don't know what you're using to read the temps, but it should be picking the CPU's temps. If not [google]Speedfan[/google] can do that for you.

That's kinda warm for idle temps, but not deadly. Still, I'd first suggest cleaning out the case with a can of compressed air, and those should be rather cheap ($5-10 in the US). Pay attention to the CPU heatsink and fans.

Motherboard temp readings and voltage readings aren't particularly accurate, but I'd still suspect the PSU as being an issue. However, in the realm of free, [google]Memtest[/google] is a nifty little program to have on hand. It's available for floppy or an ISO you can burn to CD (my personal choice). You boot off of it (by default the floppy and optical drives are set to boot before the hard drive), and let it run for a few hours, so you may want to run it overnight while you sleep. If you're getting errors, somethings's up, and we can go from there.
