Well, **** happens, so I restarted it, and it worked fine for about half an hour, but then I got blue screen again. It said that the possible cause is nv4_disp.dll. So I thought, maybe I should update my gfx card drivers, but this time when I rebooted, windoz would not load, instead it gave me a blue screen on startup. I restarted again and tried to boot in safe mode, but that didn't work either, the blue screen appeared and said that "irql_not_less_or_equal". I tried again, but this time an error popped up saying "pci.sys is missing or corrupt" and suggested to repair it with the windoz cd. So I booted from the cd, but then it got stuck on that blue loading screen at the beginning, where the status bar at the bottom says "loading blah blah etc", it stopped at loading files for keyboard or something like that. I tried restarting a couple of times and put in another windoz cd, but the same thing happened. I remember I also loaded bios defaults somewhere along the line. Then after 3 or so restarts, the comp just wouldn't boot anymore, the monitor remained blank and no post etc would happen. So, the usual black screen problem, the pc powers up, fans are spinning, but no post or nothing else happens. I tried clearing cmos, booting up with minimum of devices connected, even recovery-flashing the bios from dvd (as described in the manual, there are no other ways really since the files doesnt fit on a floppy). Nothing worked, so I sent the mobo and psu (the first suspects) to my reseller, and got back the new ones. Connected everything, and nothing has changed, the exact same thing happens. Assuming the junk I received wasnt DOA, the mobo and psu should be ok. I tried a different gfx card with no result, so its probably not it. This leaves the cpu and ram. But from what I heard, cpus are pretty resilient, and mine has been running at normal temps, I checked that. And what are the chances that 2 ram sticks would break both at the same time, unless the mobo killed them or something? So, what do you think is broken?
