Confused about ATI Radeon x700. making weird sounds.

hi there.
I have a old philips freevets ls2400. recently the graphics card has been making some weird sounds. anyone any ideas why its doing that? If i need a new graphics card would a ati radeon x1300 be ok? I spoken to someone and they said i need a PCI-E slot and im unsure if i have one.

Im a big noob when it comes to computers. Took me ages to attach my pc to my tv lol.

If your graphics card is making noises it is probably the fan. You can buy an aftermarket GPU fan and fix the issue.
 
Thanks gaz. Any idea were i might get one? Would the ati radeon x1300 work if i replaced it?
