    Hi,
I have a pentium 2 celeron Toshiba laptop. Recently, it was giving me some strange errors (not in english) and so i checked the hardware using hiren tools. The hard disk was totally fine but when i did a RAM check there were many errors. I tried a new RAM which i borrowed from a friend and the laptop worked fine. I turned in on without the laptop and to my surprise, it just worked fine. The RAM it is working is 64MB but i couldn't find it anywhere in the laptop. Where is it getting the 64MB RAM from? The board model is FGXSJO.

Some laptops have RAM hard-wired to the motherboard and what you took out was probably the expansion RAM.
