    hi!

I know that I can connect to a router from within the network by typing its IP address in the browser, but how can I connect to it fro the outside (and use its web-based configuration application)?

To connect from outside the local network, I think you can port forward port 80 to the router's IP address, then access it through your public IP.

Be aware thought hat your router will be vulnerable to the following:

    • Brute-force password cracking
    • Clear-text password sniffing
    • DOS attack

In other words, it's probably not a good idea!
