Convert an MP4 to AVI/MPG

I need some freeware/shareware with a good enough trial to convert a 3m40s MP4 phone recording of my band into a format that can be uploaded to MySpace.

Can anyone help?

You could try this one:Ashampoo® Movie Shrink & Burn 2 (v2.11, 10/06/2004) I use this too.
