Cooling on ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance

Hello! I will be building my first basic gaming rig. I am getting an ASRock H87, and I need help figuring out what CPU Cooler to get. I just want it air cooled, not liquid cooled. I am getting an Intel i5 4670k processor. Thank you. I love lurking on this community!

How much are you looking to spend? Are you looking at low temps, something that's as quiet as can be?
Also, unless you have a Z87 board, paying extra for the 4670K doesn't make much sense over the standard 4670 when you can't change the CPU multiplier.
